From Raleigh or Garner, NC - From I-40 take Highway 70 and go south to Highway 42. Follow 42 to Short Johnston Rd and turn right.

From Smithfield - North on Highway 70 to Clayton. Follow the signs to Highway 42. Exit Hwy 70 intending to take right turns to go back under Hwy 70. Exit with Barbour then right on Hamby, right on South Lombard which becomes Hwy 42. Follow 42 to Short Johnston Rd and turn left.

From I-40 and the Cleveland area - Take Highway 42 east toward Clayton. Turn right on Short Johnston Rd.
